I'm Gracieux Sikuly Computer scientist by training, I hold a Bac + 5 diploma from the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Management (I.S.I.G.). With a varied computer engineer profile of 5 years, I consolidated my experience in designing and programming, IT solutions to solve problems in the technology community. Some areas were at the center of my interventions including the design and administration of databases using MS Access RDBMS, MySQL, SQLServer, PostgreSQL, SQLite, and non-SQL database with MongoDB, FireBase, Amazon DynamoDB, I followed a cloud programming module training (Cloud develloper) using Amazon Web Service (AWS),information management, data monitoring and evaluation, configuration and deployment of LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing and Switching networks under TCP/IP architecture, Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware and VM Virtual box, I perfectly master the S.E Windows 7/8/10,11 (expert level), Ubuntu / Linux, ICT Support, Computer Security as well as the installation and administration of servers under the S.E Linux and Windows Server.
I coordinate and deploy several network installations (LAN, WAN) as part of providing internet access to the company's several customers, and I participate in a team of design of IT solutions of the company, in the design and realization of the applications of the management, the websites, the web applications, the mobile applications that are delivered to the partners of the company.
I developed and administered the databases of customers of the company Congo technology, I developed the websites of different customers.
I participated in the design and field deployment of GED (Gestion Electronique de Dossier) software for land administration in the districts of KALEHE (SOUTH KIVU), Rutshuru (NORTH KIVU) and PIMBO (ITURI/BUNIA); We had conducted user training and technical assistance in the field during deployments in the three pilot districts of the project and had developed and implemented a user guide; In March 2020 NTICO-FAMILLY in partnership with UN Habitant and UCBC. I developed a mobile application for collecting covid-19 cases called COVID-SOFT, an application that makes potential covid-19 cases and also analyzes, processing and manages data collected by field investigators in the Zero Covid-19 project in North Kivu.
